My name is Shannon Hooper, the owner of Simply Rural.
This is a family run business that aims to create and promote the luxury products made from natural British materials.
My Story
This business started in the pandemic on the 6th of February 2020 whilst I was a student with the idea of selling small beeswax candles on instagram and other social media.
I never had the confidence to start up a business until I entered a business pitch competition and won it!
I have always loved candles as they give such comfort and relaxation.
My family and myself are huge lovers of the countryside and agriculture. I studied Agriculture in college and university, studying agriculture definitely had a huge influence on the start up of Simply Rural Hooper's. Our products are made from 100% Pure British Beeswax and Rapeseed wax.
Our aim for the future will be to educate and to promote the natural world and everything you could possibly use to be self sufficient whislt enjoying the luxury life.
